CritterZone - Product Review

 Have you seen the CritterZone
It is a small, quiet machine that controls big odors.
Look at how small the CritterZone is compared to me!   I keep telling you I am big dog!  BOL!!    Well...okay, so I'm not really a big dog.   Most humans know that small animals can make the biggest odors.  Think about a litter box, do I need to say more?  BOL!!

My original plan was to test the Critter Zone at BlogPaws.  I was sharing a hotel room with EmmySits & her hamster Charlotte.   That plan changed because Emmy had freshly cleaned Charlotte's cage, and it didn't have a smell.  BOL!!  So...........
I put my CritterZone in the Garage.    My piddy pads are in the garage.   I think they are enough like litter to provide a nice pee smell.   BOL!!   The garage doesn't really have great ventilation.  There are no windows or fans to freshen the air.  It is hot and stale.  Add used piddy pads to it, and you can create a powerful smell.  BOL!!   I think that makes it the pawfect place to test any odor control product.   Don't you agree?

The CritterZone zapped the pee smell in just a few hours.   It doesn't smell like perfume, so it doesn't just hide the smells.   It erases them!  The only scent I noticed was an electrical ozone type of smell, sort of like lightening.    (The CritterZone is supposed to be effective for up to 800 sq feet.   I wasn't able to test the effectiveness for 800 sq feet because my garage isn't that large.)   The CritterZone is low maintenance.  There are no filters to change, or plates to clean.   If the vents get dirty, they can be cleaned with a cotton swab.
The CritterZone is available as a wall unit that plugs directly into the socket, or as a corded unit - like the one I have.  The corded unit is the model that can be used with a power strip or extension cord.   They even offer an auto adapter.  I think the CritterZone smells better than those cardboard air fresheners that I see people hang in their cars.  BOL!

  2. Be careful with the CritterZone. It shouldn't be used around someone with asthma or someone who's sensitive to ozone. TW had to return ours for that reason. Even small amounts of ozone can kill birds and hurt small lungs. We were very pleased that Critterzone didn't give us a hassle about returning it and we got our money back promptly.

    1. I am sorry to hear it bothered you, but glad they gave you excellent customer service. Mine is in the garage, so it hasn't bothered Mom's asthma or allergies.

    2. Many people confuse the CritterZone product with those ozone producing machines that can produce the amounts of ozone that are irritating to people and pets. The CritterZone Air Naturalizer creates a natural, charged flow that fills the room or vehicle and continually cleans the air. The sun provides the outdoor air with the power and energy it needs to clean itself: a power and energy that indoor air lacks. CritterZone provides indoor air with the natural charge it needs to virtually eliminate odors, allergens, dust and bacteria. 3. We tried ours out and just love it! I have a review post scheduled for Friday on it. Mom says that the slight odor it gives off reminds her of a swimming pool, but she doesn't mind it.

    1. Hi Emma, Swimming pool is a good way to describe it! Mom hasn't been in a swimming pool for a long time, so she shouldn't remember. BOL!!! I will read your review :)

    1. I know Mom sure wishes she'd had a CritterZone back when Teddy was alive. A diabetic cat makes a lot of pee! Mom said he used as much litter as 10 normal cats.
